Do You Get Enough Sleep?
Adults should get between 7 and 9 hours of quality sleep every night. Yet, according to The Sleep Council, the average person gets just 6.5 hours of sleep.

Problems that you might face, whether you realise it or not, include an increased risk of heart conditions, as well as low moods and depression, a lower sex drive, and a higher risk of obesity.
